Changing Lives

When you work at Goodwill you're part of an organization committed to helping put people to work throughout middle and west Tennessee.  It's not uncommon to hear employees say, "I change lives."  Everyone at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee plays an important role, regardless of their position. 

Our mission statement is simple:  We sell donated goods to provide employment and training opportunities for people who have disabilities and others who have trouble finding and keeping jobs.  All Goodwill employees help fulfill our mission. More than 80 percent of our workforce falls under our mission and more than 80 percent of the revenue from sales in our retail stores funds job training programs.  Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee truly fulfills its mission.  We welcome you to join our team!
