Goodwill now has 68 Donation Express Centers since the newest DEC opened in Smyrna, on Thursday, May 12. Donations Manager, Jennifer Kalifa, has hired three new employees to work at the site. The new DEC, a drive-through, was once a Fast Lane Oil Change.
When you donate to Goodwill you give more than your gently-used items. You're giving thousands of Tennesseans the opportunity to receive free job training and services, you're giving them the chance to earn a living and support their families. For those who live in the Smyrna area, and want to give your gently-used items to our Goodwill, visit the new DEC, which is located at 722 Presidents Place, 37167, near Stonecrest Medical Center. The site will operate seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. This is the fourth DEC in Smyrna, and the 11th in Rutherford County.
